Textile Laboratory Quality Policy: The laboratory conducts its work in accordance with current national and/or international standards or defined test methods, ensuring good professional and technical practices, in the shortest possible time, in compliance with legal requirements and in a cost-effective manner, based on the principles of impartiality, independence, integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.

Our laboratory’s goal is to use state-of-the-art testing equipment in accordance with testing methods and standards, with expert staff who receive continuous training in their field; to meet customer testing requests to the highest possible standard; to use the necessary reference/standard materials to ensure precise test results, to effectively ensure test quality through comparison measurements with national and international laboratories whenever possible, to regard customer satisfaction as a fundamental principle, thereby minimizing potential customer complaints to the lowest possible level.

The objective of our laboratory is to effectively implement the Quality Management System with the participation of all staff, thereby eliminating all factors that negatively affect test results.

All laboratory personnel work in accordance with policies and procedures developed in compliance with the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, and laboratory management commits to complying with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and undertaking the necessary work to continuously improve its effectiveness.
