STATEMENT FROM SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND DECLARATION OF IMPARTIALITY
In accordance with our Quality Policy, it is the responsibility of our management to ensure the provision of resources and the participation of all employees to maintain and improve the established TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System in relation to the work performed by all employees within our organization.
A system has been established to ensure that all employees maintain their impartiality in the services provided by our laboratory, to guarantee the impartiality of staff in their work, and to protect staff from any financial, commercial, or personal pressure. Laboratory staff salaries are independent of the number of tests they perform or the results obtained from those tests.
Our laboratory’s testing activities are conducted in accordance with the principles of independence, integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
For any services provided, the Textile Laboratory will compensate for any damages incurred by the customer that result from the Textile Laboratory’s negligence.
Textile Laboratory staff are required to comply with the documents included in the Quality Management System.
